CITY INSPECTORS.
TO THE EDITOR. Sir, — I call the attention of the city inspectors to my district, the south-east. The side channels, generally speaking, are in a very bad state,-and well worthy ’ of their attention. Our neighbourhood is quite neglected by these . gentlemen.. So are some of the business places in town. In many cases there is no drainage, and the accommodation for girls is very limited. If the present staff have too much work the Council should employ an extra inspector.—l am, &c., MAN ABOUT TOWN.
