Edward Priestman, who is acting under power of attorney for the Eev Edward Williams, Catholic priest, of Devonshire, to-day obtained the sanction of the Court to have William Cresswell,..a lunatic in the Parramatta Asylum, whom Mr Priestman claims to be Sir Eager Tichborne, examined, to discover if marks on his body correspond with those known to have been on that of Sir Koger-Tichborne.
