GRAIN AND PRODUCE.
There, has been a very fair export of breadstuffs from Lyttelton during the past week. The bulk of the wheat has gone to Auckland, and a good deal of the flour to Sydney and Newcastle. ' The exports of grain and produce for the week include: — 7455 sacks wheat, 613 sacks oats, 1407 sacks and 970 bags flour, 233 sacks bran, 29 sacks meal, 115 sacks barley, 1200 sacks malt, 1050 sacks seed, 8 sacks peas, 120 sacks chicory, 62 bales hay, 12 sacks potatoes,. 6 sacks onions, 14 boxes butter, 27 cases cheese, 52 cases hams and bacon, 1030 carcases lamb, 110 casks tallow, 321 bales wool, 14 trusses leather, 154 boxes Soap, 17 bales flax, 3 crates poultry, 13 boxes eggs and 20 cases fruit.
