THE PROPOSED CELEBRATIONS. [Per Press Association.! LONDON, Jan. 29. Mr Chamberlain states that the Government haa invited the Premiers of the various colonies to visit London as guests of the country to assist in the celebrations of the Queen’s record reign. It is also desired to have a detachment of military from each colony present on the occasion. Canada, Cape Colony and Natal have accepted the invitation, and the replies of these colonies are considered extremely gratifying, as they have justified their loyalty by their desire to assist in a unique function.
