A match was played between Sydenham and Canterbury College at Sydenham on Saturday, Sydenham winning by 93 games to 69. A very enjoyable match was played on Saturday last between the New Brighton Club and a team from the Linwood Club, at the latter club’s courts, Stanmore Road, when tire Linwood Club won by 187 games to 119. Miss Sty eh e kindly dispensed afternoon tea. The following are the scores: —
