THE COLONIAL BANK.
[Per Press Association.! DUNEDIN. March 27. Some matters in connection with the Colonial Bank liquidation came up before the Judge in Chambers to-day. Mr Larnach’s remuneration as provisional liquidator was fixed at .£250. The question of the remuneration of ■ the other liquidators is to be decided when the remuneration of the permanent liquidators is decided. The Judge indicated that if a liquidation was not unduly protracted, a liquidator, if he gave his whole time to it, should receive at the rate, say, of .£ISOO a year.
