NOTICE TO ADVERTISERS.
Advertisements received after ten o’clock each evening will be placed over the leader beading and charged double rates. Orders to withdraw advertisements must be aent in, in writing, to the Publishing Office not later than six o’clock p.m. each day. When no order is given, the'advertisement wiU; be inserted until countermanded* and charged accordingly.
