TO THE EDITOR.
Sir,-—Last session Mr Russell, the member for Eicoartoa, made a statement that opened the eyes of every member. Since then we have had tho Charitable Aid affair and the Christchurch Hospital bother. Again I see a bother over medical comforts and all hands wanted to be cleared off by the Board of another hospital. Now, is it not time for us to have a Royal Commission to look into all our public institutions P—l am, &0., * P. WINDSOR.
