I hope the people of this city will not allow that girl to be buried without it first being satisfactorily proved that the operation was carried, but as it should have beeji. Of course ia this case it may have been, but the fact remains that wa have yet to learn whether ouch operations have been properly carried oat in the past. I make no charges, but I hope I speak plainly enough.—l am, &c., WATCH.
