It is called tho “Empress,” and gained the highest award, the silver medal,' at the recent London dairy show. It is-made in sizes for hand and power. Tho “Victoria.” is another separator by the same maters, and is made in. various sizes. It s gained tuunorcuo prize madala, and holcta tho world’s record for clean skimming. Both machines are in great favour in Australia and other parts of. the world where they have been introduced. - . The Agont General. for Victoria has. Mr Vogg proposes that exporters should appoint butter graders in Londou to arrange tha supply and maintain the relative prices to within five or tea shillings of European supplies.'
