Cruiekshuak as consul for Hawaii at Auckland is recognised. Mr John A. Wilson has been appointed judge of the Native Land and Native Appellate Courts. Mr 'Andrew Turnbull, S.M., has been appointed commissioner under the Native Laud Court Act. Tee Gentle announces that a despatch has been received that Section 20 of tho Finance Act, 1894 (imperial), is to apply to Nt-wZsolnd. A depri'Oh announcing a commercial arrangement between Great Britain and Bulgaria is gazetted.
