Tho attendance of buyers was good, and competition fair. All sections were sold at prices ranging | from par to 5 per cent advance, the 5 advance being moat noticeable in medium f and greasy combings. There was no j change in cross-brads. IThg imports for February decreased in value by .£5,850.000, and the exports by £1,700.000. | .
