Students whose fees are not paid within twentyone days from the beginning of the Lectures of each term will ho fined the sum of one shilling for each Lecture for which the fees remain unpaid after that date. Students who begin to attend Lectures at a period subsequent to the date abovementioned, must pay the full fees when they begin to attend, otherwise they will he fined one shilling for each Lecture, in addition to the full fee.
