Mails close for the following places as under, subject to the necessary alterations ; Monday, March 4. Fori Timaru, per Corinna, at 3 p.m.; late fee letters, 3.15 p.m.; guard’s van, 4 p.m. train. Tuesday, March 5. For Northern Porta and Westport, per Omapere, at 10 a.m.; lota fee letters, 10.15 a.m.; guard’s van, 10.55 a.m. train. For Northern Ports and Australian Colonies per Wakatipn, at 3 p.m.; late fee letters, 3.15 p.m,; guard’s van, 4 p.m. train. For South America, United Kingdom and Continent of Europe (to connect with s.a. lonic at Wellington), and also for Northern Potts of New Zealand, as follows: Letters, 7.45 p.m.; books and newspapers, 7.30 p.m.; registered letters and parcels post parcels at 5 p.m,; mohey orders at 4 p.m.; lata fee letters, S p.m.; guard’s van 9.15 p.m. train.
