IN CHAMBERS. Friday, March 1. (Bsforo his Honor Mr Justice Denniston,) GOING V. MURRAY, Mr Deacon said that the parties had left the district under the impression that the case had been settled. Ho had communicated with them by letter, and had accepted service of the charging order nisi. He asked that the matter might stand over for a fortnight. Mr Bruges agreed to this, and his. Honor ordered the matter to stand over. RE JOHN W. SMITH, DECEASED. Mr Fisher applied for a discharge of the present trustee, which his Honor granted. SAVILLB V. This was a motion for removal c>£ sheep from a certain property of the plaintiff. Mr Izard appeared for the. plaintiff and Mr Joynt for the defendant. Mr Joynt said his client had been keeping sheep for a considerable period on the land in question, but would pay a reasonable sum if a verdict was given against him. His Honor said the owner of the sheep ought to pay a reasonable sum for their maintenance or get them removed. He would grant Mr Joynt a fortnight to give his client notice. Mr Bruges applied tor leave to issue interrogatories. Mr Eussall appeared for the other side. Hia Honor said he did not think the interrogatories were proper ones, and he was unable to grant them. The application would he dismissed with costs, two guineas, against Hobaa. EE THOMAS O. HAT; DECEASED. Mr Franks appeared in support of a motion on petition to raise money. His Honor said ha would take time to see tho papers, and in the meantime the matter had better stand over. RE TRUSTEE ACT AND BE MARY O. KERB, Mr Ross appeared for a motion on petition to raise money. His Honor said he would refer the matter to the Registrar. E 3 WILLIAM DRIEST, DECEASED, Mr Eusaell moved herein for payment of dividend, which was granted, PROBATES, &C. Probata was granted of the wills of Annie Blake (Mr Lano), Edward Barret (Mr Slater), M. E. Green (Mr Slater), Adam Bloor (Mr Deacon). Letters of administration were granted in the estates of H. J. Thomson (Mr Joyce), M. E. Thompkins (Mr Franks) and Ellen Manning (Mr Russell). [Pbb Press Association.] WELLINGTON, March 1.
