AN ABSCONDER'S ARREST.
[Per Press Association.! GISBOENE, Oct. 19. Delaney, of the Wellington " Trocadero,” was arrested by Constable Eeddell at Tologa Bay yesterday afternoon. Ho waa travelling under the assumed name of “ Fraser.” The police here have taken charge of five portmanteaux, the property of Delaney, which had been sent up by the Australia and rebooked for Auckland. Delaney intended joining the Diagadee at Tologa Bay.
