Students whose fees are not paid within twenty-, one days from the beginning. of the Lectures of each term will be fined the sum of one shilling for each Lecture for which the fees remain unpaid after that date. Students who begin to attend Lectures at a period subsequent to the date abovementioned, must pay the full fees when they begin to attend, otherwise they will be fined one shilling for each Lecture, in addition to the full fee.
