Mr Beswick applied for an application under this Act to be allowed to stand over till Friday next. His Honor granted the application. CAMERON V. WOOD A,ND BRAND. Mr Fisher applied for an order for security of costs. The order was granted. VICKERY V. VICKERY. ' Return to summons of Sept. 14, 1893, to add plaintiffs. Mr Bruges asked that this case mighfc stand over till Feb. 16. His Honor granted the application, PROBATE. Probate; was granted in the following estates:— Ellen Ellice (Mr Helraore), Jessie E. HAyward (Mr Slater), Mary A, Palk (Mr Slater). William Lucas, (Mr Russell), and G. W. Parkes (Mr Cottarill). LETTERS OP ADMINISTRATION. Letters of administration were granted in the estates of Grace Harvey (Mr Deacon), and Alex. Lean (Mr Slater).
