NOTHING is mors astonishing than the rapidity with which the Grippe travels over the country and assails people at different times and under different, circumstances. It seems to delight in rainy, muggy weather, and when it has run its course it leaves the patient a prey to a vast number of maladies, unless remedies are taken at the commencement of the symptoms which arc powerful enough to eradicate the Grippe poison. Melendy Writes to the journal of Electro-Homoeopathy an interesting letter, from which we extract the following:—“I could give a list of hundreds of cases of typhoid, ague, sewer gas, and :ma!anal fevers, small-pox, diphtheria, cliolera infantum, scarlet fever and measles that I- have cured with the Mattei remedies.
