ODDFELLOWSHIP.

The quarterly - meeting of the Loyal Amberley Lodge .was held on Friday at the Oddfellows’ Hall, Amberley. The following "officers' were elected :—Bros J. J. Crampton, ,N.G.; Bro W. Hale, V.G. ; P.G. Bro G. R. Holmes, E.S.; Auditors, Bros G.R. Holton, P.G., and G. Woraall. The Prov G.M. Bro Nottingham and D.P.G.M. Bro Sellars attended officially. The G.M. installed the officsrs-elect. Past N.G. Bro Johnston will fill the G.M. chair. The outgoing G.M. Bro G. Wornall was voted a certificate of merit, and his name recorded on the merit board. He was also granted a certificate for his P.G. degree. A committee was appointed to call for tenders for necessary repairs to the hall. Bro'Wood gave the third sentiment, which was’responded to by both district officers. The . receipts were <£4l 13s lOd, and the expenditure .£l4 4s 3d. The quarterly meeting of the Loyal Leeston Lodge was held *on Saturday night, when there . waa a good attendance of members. The sick visitor reported that four members required benefits. It was decided to celebrate the next anniversary by a “ social.” The following officers were elected for the next half-year:—G.M:, Bro G. Judd; N.G., Bro D. Blythe; Y.G., Bro R. Loahhead, jun.; E.S., Bro J. Cars ton. The receipts amounted to £7l 7s 7d, and the expenditure .to £59 19a 6d. The Lodge was then closed in due form by the N.G.
