Business Notices* fsum cjraa REPORT & ANALYSIS BY PBOFESSOB BICKEBTON IN REFERENCE TO ROS, Mannfeekres i _ __ Canterbury June 13,1803. I hare just completed an Analysis of Samples of each of the articles of food manufactured by Messrs Trent Bros. The Analyses shows the samples to bo of Excellent Quality, well prepared and Absolutely free from tho smallest trace of any kind of deleterious matter. These samples wore selected personally from bulk, without ony notice being given that I intended to procure them, I having been retained more than fifteen years ago by the Messrs Trent Sros. to make analyses at such times as might be convenient to awself. In making these analyses I was so struck with the uniform excellence of their manufacture, that fia’ more than twelve years wo have never knowingly used any other brand of any of the articles of food manufactured by the firm. I would, however, advise purchasers to obtain goods with Trout Bros.' Brand, as more than once vary inferior sampiea of bulk goods have been sold to us as Messrs Trent*s mauufaotnro; on taking these samples to Messrs Trent and com* paring them with their own bulk goods, they have been proved to bo spurious. I have on several occasions been through the factory, and con testify to the caro taken to nrodhtu High-class Materials, and to ensure oleahllnoss and purity in the process, and Uniform oxcclleuoa xa the manufacture.
