Railway TTotioes. NEW ZEALAND RAILWAYS. TRAIN ARRANGEMENTS, DECEMBER 18th LABOUR DEMONSTRATION AT CHRISTCHURCH RACECOURSE. TRAINS will run from Christchurch to the Racecourse at 10.0 a.m., 10.20, 10.45, 11.15 turn, anil 2.0 p.m., returning between 4.80 and 6.30 p.m. The 10.20, 11.15 and 2.0 trains will stop at Addington, and the return trains will stop there. Return fare. Is second-olass or seated waggons; children under 13 years of age 3d each. The evening south and north trains from Christchurch and branch trains in connection therewith will start at the following later times, and will run correspondingly later to destination: For Spring, field and Whitcclilfs 4.50 p.m. (Wednesday times), Ashburton and Mothven 515 p.m, (leaves Chertsey 7.47, .arrives Ashburton 8.25), Southbridge and Little River 5,30 p.m., Waikari, Bennetts and Oxford 5.40 p.m. The afternoon train from Oxford, to Kalapoi will nfn 35 minutes later than timetable times. The afternoon train from Sonthbridge to Christchurch will leave Southbridge at 5.45 p.m., Leeston 6.3., Doylestou 6,11, Ellesmere 6.33, Lincoln 6.59, Prebbleton 7.16, Hornby 7.27, arriving at Christchurch at 7.50 p.m. The train from south due in Christchurch at 7,0 p.m, will take up passengers at Hornby, Middleton and Sockbnm if. required. Return tickets for distances under 21 miles, within the Provincial District of Canterbury, issued from Dec. 15th to IBth, will be available for return till 20th.
