[Special to Press Aesooiation.] LONDON, August 8. Mr Macartney presented a petition from South Australia to the House of Commons against Home Rule. Mr Gladstone intimated that the House would not adjourn till the Home Rule Bill and supply had been passed. The recess will be then taken, and another cession will ho held in the autumn.
