TO THE EDITOR. Sib, —The report of thin case in your issue of to-ifay is calculated to give a wrong impression. We do not in any way seek to r qiudiate the puivhuse of the grass seed. We contend, however, that having applied for delivery, and being unable to get it, and the seed being afterward? burnt, that the coctiuct must be held void as against us.
