Sir,—ln reference to the advertisement in your p&par, calling the shopkeepers together to protoufc against tbe clauses of tb* Shop Hours Bill macio compulsory, I suppose it is hardly necessary to call attentioa to the fact that unless the clauses are made compulsory, we might as well have no Bill at all. I am oue of those who wish to see a real half-holiday, and those who wish the same a 3 myself should roll up to that meeting, and not lot a few greedy oneo have it all their own way.—l am, &c, HALF-HOLIDAY.
