"f&TOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Jjxj Meeting of the Christchurch Drainage Board, called for that purpose, and held at the Office of the Board in the City of Christchurch, on the 7th day of March, 1893, the said Board did resolve and direct that a GENERAL RATE BE LEVIED for the purposes of “ The Christchurch District Drainage Act, 1875,” and the Acta amending the same, and the said Board fixed the amount of the said Rate as to the Districts of the City of Christchurch and Christchurch Suburban (which latter district is defined hy resolution of the Board hearing date the twenty-seventh day of JUNE 1881) at THREE-EARTHINGS in the POUND upon the Rateable value of the Rateable Property within the said Districts respectively.
