QUEENSLAND POLITICS. BRISBANE, March 22. Mr Nelson has informed the Governor that he is unable to form a Cabinet, and has advised that Sir T. MTI wraith should be summoned. The latter is now engaged in constructing a Government. LORD HOPETOUN ON NEW ZEALAND. SYDNEY, March 22. Lord Hopetoun, who has returned from hia New Zealand tour, is greatly impressed with the resources of the Colony, which he believes has a great future before it, there being an abundance of solid prosperity ahead.
