OBITUARY.

There passed away on Wednesday, April 20, another, of Canterbury’s early settlers in the person of Mrs John Campion. The deceased was a passenger by the Travanoore, which arrived at Lyttelton in 1851. She first took up her residence on the Ferry roadl where she lived for seven years. From thence she removed to Halswell, where she spent the remainder of her life, being greatly esteemed by all who knew her.
