RACES AT CHRISTCHURCH, ■ APRIL 18th akd I9IH, TRAINS will rnn from Christchurch to the Racecourse at 11.30 a.m,, 11.50 a.m„ 12,5 p.m., Ti.SO p.m., and 1.0 p.m,, and from the Racecourse to Christchurch at intervals from about 4.0 p.m. up to half an hour after the last race. Return fares, including admission to the Course, from Christ* church, 2s Gd carriages, 2s seated waggons; from Lyttelton, 4a carriages, 3s seated waggons ; single fares from Racecourse to Christchurch, Is Cd and Is. Tickets available for day of issue only. The trains to and from the Racecourse will not stop at intermediate stations to taka up or set down passengers, except that the last two trains from the Racecourse will stop at Addington. Ordinary and season tickets, free passes, and O. J.C, complimentary tickets are not available by these trains. Lyttelton to Christchurch, 11.0 p.m.; Christchurch to Lyttelton, 11.30 p.m. This runs instead of the 10.5 p.m. train Christchurch to Lyttelton, and 10.35 p.m, Lyttelton to Christchurch, which will not run. TRAIN ON LITTLE RIVER LINE, 19ih APRIL. There will he a morning train from Little River to Lincoln as on Mondays. Wednesdays and Saturdays, and a return train in the evening running 2 hours 5 minutes later than the usual times. These trains connect with tha morning train Southbridge to Christchurch, and evening train from Christchurch to Southbridgo respectively. CHERTSEY RACES *ND SPORTS, APRIL ISth, Tha express train for Christchurch will take up passengers at Chertsey for Eikaia, Duusandol, Burnham, Rolleston, Hornby and Christchurch. ASHBURTON BICYCLE RACES, APRIL 18th. There will ha a train from Ashburton to Timaru at 5.35 p.m., which will run I hour 45 minutes later than the train on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
