Unregistered Dog.— George Heller, who did not appear, was charged with being the owner of an unregistered dog in St Albans, and was fined 10s. Prohibited. —A prohibition order was issued against Walter Henry Garratt, on the application of his wife, the order to have force in Christchurch and surrounding districts. LYTPELTON. Friday, August 14. (Before J. G. Garforth,, Esq.) Insulting Language.— Wm. Williams was charged, on the information of Margaret Stewart, with using insulting language towards her. Accused was too drunk to appear, and was locked up for twenty-four hours.
