the charges op CORRUPTION. [Special to Press Association.] [Received August 13, at 10.20 a.m.j OTTAWA, August 12. In bis evidence to-day Sir H. Langevin swore that bo never received any money from M'Greevy, though he gavehim promissory notes for ten thousand dollars for election expenses in 1876, being then without money. Tho Dominion Government has resumed negotiations with Spain.
