Annie Wilson (Captain Murray). 7. Coptic (Captain Kempsou). The National Mortgage and Agency Company has received the following cablegram :—The Doric arrived at Plymouth on the morning of August 6. Frozen meat in good condition. The barque Elizabeth Graham, in command of Captain Hodgo, who is wellknown at Lyttelton, reached Shanghai on Monday last from Sydney after a smart passage of fifty-eight days. From Shanghai the barque proceeds to British Colombia to load for Melbourne. The only deep-sea ships ?m Port at the present time are the Ashmore, Sayre and Juletrae. The first-named is loading for London and the others for'American ports, all on account of the New .Zealand Shipping Company. The Juletrae proceeds to Wellington to complete her loading. The E.M.S.S. Coptic, of the White Star Line arrived in Port on Saturday morning and anchored in the stream until the afternoon, when she was brought to a berth at No 7 Wharf. She has only a very little cargo on board for this port, as the greater portion was transhipped at Wellington into the Rangatira. E.M.S.S. Aorangi left the wharf at an early hour on Saturday morning, and anchored in the stream for a time, when she weighed anchor and steamed towards Rio de Janeiro. She took a large and valuable cargo of meat and other produce, and had a fairly good passenger list.

SHIPPING TELEGRAMS. Auckland, August 8. Arrived—Taupo, from Fiji. Sailed—Taupo, for Wellington. Morayshire, Captain Conll, for London via Rio de Janeiro. At Kaipara Heads —Eileen Donnan, from Sydney. Rebecca, from Melbourne. This afternoon the steamer Morayshire left for London via Rio de Janeiro with a full and valuable cargo of New Zealand produce, besides several passengers. The Morayshire took in here considerable shipments of local produce for London, totalling some 600 tons. Amongst her outward freighting from here the principal lines are 852 carcases of frozen sheep and about 1200 quarters and ribs ot frozen beef, shipped by the local Freezing Company, 200 tons of kauri gum, also tallow, dressed flax, wool, bark, leather, quartz, pearl shells, &c. A rather unusual item in her manifest of cargo shipped is one box of ostrich feathers, besides a quantity of ostrich eggs. Included in her cargo from Auckland are two boxes of gold bullion, valued at JE3OOO. She took in some coal this morning, and is to call at Bio for further supplies of fuel. Port Chalmers, August 9.
