Investigations show that the frauds in connection with the Deutsche Bank were perpetrated by Frank and Necklar, clerks in the bank, and Sehv/eigev a broker. Neckler and Schweiger have been arrested, but as no trace can be found of Frank, it is believed he has committed suicide. Frank won some two thousand marks in a lottery six months ago and became a gambler. It is stated that the forgeries to twelve million roubles. Markierwitz, a Director of the Bank, also has been arrested. The Bank will not declare a dividend. The Canterbury Frozen Meat and Dairy Produce Export Company, Limited, has received cable advice from London, quoting its brand at 4|d per lb for mutton and sjd per lb for lamb.
