TO THE EDITOB. Sra,—The suggestion in youriannoof Ma* 30 in reference to a Hospital is onoJ which has already been mooted by tha bandsmen of Christchurch. The five bandj offered their services, but they were notj accepted, for reasons which were neve4 explained. Apart from bands, the chord you struck is one which will, no doubt, bej taken up, and soon assume pmoticablSj shape. The question is of public import tanoe, and on this ground only I would like you to let it be known that the) members of the Rink, Garrison, SydenhamJ Addington and Stanmore bands hav« already tendered their services for » Hospital Sunday, and these will, X.am sure,) be cheerfully given,—l am, &c., ' "UNA CORDA,** '
