DISTRICT COURT.
[Feb Pbess Association,] WESTPORT, Apeil 29. Afc the District Court to-day Patrick Flanagan, convicted of indecent assault on a little girl, was admitted to probation, on two sureties of .£25 each, and payment of J6IO costs. The Jury strongly recommended him to mercy. In Cacace v. the Hational Bank, .£209 damages for a dishonoured cheque, plaintiff was nonsuited, and the Court adjourned till to-morrow.
