The quantity of wheat and flour afloat for the United Kingdom is 1,664,000 quarters; for the Continent, 324,000. The American visible supply amounts )\6 15,625,000 bushels. An . old loan will be dealt with, by the plan proposed, on more favourable terms.] THE SHIP COUNTY OP CARNARVON. VALPARAISO, Sept. 18. Fears are entertained for the safety of the ship County of Carnarvon, which left Newcastle for this port on June 1; and <£63 premium has been paid for re-insurance. The County of Carnarvon is a vessel of 1267 tons, and under command of Captain Roberts.
