Goldshrongh and Co., Limited, held their usual weekly wool sale to-day, at which 6000 bales were disposed of at satisfactory prices. There was a large attendance of buyers, and the competition was spirited, good light greasy wool realised from 9jd to llsd, at which price several large clips were placed. Superior lambs 1 wool fetched from Is to Is Id per lb; good cross-breds from 84 to 9dj bulky pieces, from 7d to Bd. Good scoured wool brought 17d.
