TAKE notice that this action was on the Eighth day of SEPTEMBER, 18S7, commenced against you and that the Plaintiffs by their Writ of Summons claim as the Executors of the last Will and Testament of John Hassell,late of Albany, in the Colony of Western Australia, Master Mariner, deceased, dated the Ist day of October, 1678, to have the real and personal estate of the said Jons Hassell, the Testator, administered under the direction of the Court mid to have the true construction of deceased’s Will declared by the Co art, and that the Court has by an order dated the 30th day cf August, 1887, authorised service of the said Writ of Hammons on you by sending a copy of such Writ, together with a. sealed copy of the Order through the post prepaid in an envelope addressed to you at your last known place of abode, the 1 ork Hotel, .Adelaide, South Australia, and by the publication by advertisement or notice of the said Writ of Summons and of this Order once in the “ Government Gazette" of the Colony of Western Australia, and six times in each of the following newspapers, that is to say. the •• Western Mail," the “Adelaida Observer, the “Melbourne Argus,” the “Sydney Morning Herald," the “Queenslander," the 1 “Tasmanian Moil,*' and the “ Lyttelton Times." And further take notice, that you are required to appear to the said Writ or Summons within two calendar months after the insertion of the last of the said Notices in manner aforesaid, inclusive of the day of such insertion.
