Drunkenness. —A first offender, arrested at Sydenham, was fined ss.—Albert Hawkin, who had been released on bail, was charged with being drunk while in charge of a horse and dray at Papanui. The accused, on being put into the box appeared the worse for liquor, and was remanded till Monday.
