— -i" The usual meeting of the Oak of Sydenham 1 .edge i»f Druids was hold on Wednesday night. Th«re was a fair attendance of members. It was resolved that tho anniversary *if tho isslgo be celebrated by a picnic, to bo hold on Boxing Day. and a strong Committee was formed to make toe necessary arrangement#. It was also decided to open a Juvenile Lodge of the Order in Hydcnhnm on or about January 22, the Secretary being instructed to get circular* printed for distribution, giving all information with reference to benefits, admission fees, contribution# and the age at which candidate* will be admitted. One candidate wan duly initiated as a member, and one being proposed for mewiK*rahlp the I .edge was dosed in toe usual form by the A.D.
