Mr White appeared on behalf of the former, and 3lr Uamerslcy on behalf of the latter Board. The members of both Boards were present. From statements made during the dis-cn-sion, it appears that on June 19 last, the date of proclamation of the Town Board, the Geraldine Road Board had £1073 30s 3d cr. dit balance in the Bank ; liabiliti—£3sl Cs 9d; due on contracts, £230; act-cunts owing, £T'X> ; Road Board office and half-acre .section, £030; two cottages and half-acre land, £P>O, in present Town District; four quarter-acres, £3O'*: three cottages and six acres, £l3d. There were also 02 acres plantation reserve, valu-d at £300; office furniture, map:, Ac., £2O: plant and stock, valued by D.
