Scanlan be allowed to carry out his contract for metalling Bealey's road, subject to th&fine for non-completion within the specified time j that C. Thomas be appointed ranger and poundkeeper at Courtenay pound, on his providing the necessary sureties, and that he be allowed to occupy the cottage near the pound at a nominal rent, from the
