[Reuter's Telegrams.] [Received May 1, at 12.55 a.m.! MELBOURNE, April 80. The argument oh the rule nisi, in the case of Captain Lockyer versus the Victorian Navigation B6ard, to prohibit the Board from enforcing the suspension of his . certificate, began to-day, but was adjourned until tomorrow. ADELAIDE, April 30. According to the estimate of the Adelaide Chamber of Commerce, the quantity of wheat available for export this season is 300,000 tons, whereof 135,000 tons have already been shipped, and 16,000 are now in course of shipment.
