PARLIAMENT OUT OF SESSION.
[Pee Peess Association.] .' - j PLYMOUTH, AruiL 29. Colonel jViUiulo addressed his constituents last evening at the Alexandra Hall. He referred to the Bankruptcy Act of last session, and said ho believed the country would be better without it or any Act of the kind. He was opposed to Annexation and Federation, and spoke at some length against Protection and in favour of Free Trade. He supported the present Ministry, because there were no bettor men in the House who could take their place, and should continue that support, reserving to himself the right to oppose them on questions with which he diilorod in opinion. A vote of thanks and confidence was passed.
