A terrible dynamite explosion occurred recently at Jebeers, near Kiiuberley, South Africa. Eleven out of It magiuiiu-a bljt/ up, causing immense damage. The cause of the explosion is at present unknown. The loss is estimated at 33 tons of dynamite, seven tons of loose powder, 300,000 or 400,000 loose cartridges, and a large quantity of mineral oils. Three persons were killed, and others were missed.
