EXPLOSION AT A POWDER MILL.
[Per Press Association.] OWAKE, April 24. The Owake powder incorporating mill exploded again last evening at 5 o’clock, the mill-keeper getting rather severely burned. He had just lifted the worked charge, and put a green one on the mill, and was in the act of taking the worked charge away when the new one exploded; and this also exploded the charge which was bung removed. The mill has only been working three weeks since effecting the repairs rendered necessary by the last accident.
