TO TUB EDITOB. blB, —Would you kindly allow me to correct a wrong impression which is obtaining on account of a paragraph appearing in the report of our meeting in your issue or March 9. The paragraph referred to rum thui to the slackness of trade and the low rate of wagee parading, 1 appear that all masters are alike“ WJ"* low waces. It » only necessary to explain that there are masters who pay the log price, but there are others who do not; and, therefore, the paragraph in question could only have reference to those who do sot pay the
