The orioket match between the English team and Eleven of Tiotoria was resumed and concluded to-day. The Englishmen, with seven wioketa down for 47, continued their first innings, which dosed for a total of 55. Q. F. Vernon was bowled for S and G. B. Studd for 2, the Hen Ire BHgh, not out, 4. Being 229 behind their opponents, the Englishmen followed on, but only succeeded in putting together 156. The Victorians thus won in one innings with 73 runs to spare. The weather during the day was showery, and the wicket was heavy owing to yesterday's rain. The following is the score of the Englishmen in the second innings:— 0.
