ONE HUNDBED AND SEVENTY-THBEE BUNS, comprising an area of 2,809,217 acres of Crown lands, well grassed, well watered, and easy of access by roads, will be offered for lease by publio auction on Monday, the 27th of Febrnary next, at 11 e'olook a.m., in Watson's Long Boom, High street, Duaedin. The Bnns average an area of 13,348 aores; 87 of them are under this average, the lowest being 3,200 aores, and 85 of them are above the average, the highest being 70,190 acres. The upset rentals average nearly 4d per acre, The tenure ranges from one year up to teß. All proposed investments are considered by a Board, consisting of the Honourable Colonial Treasurer, the Attorney-General, the Comptroller and Auditor-General, the Government Insurance Commissioner, and the Public Trustee.
