PARISIAN THEATRES.
Besides the three opera houses, there are twenty-three recognised theatres in Paris. The Franqais, in the Rue .Richelieu, ha,B ;1400 seats, and the prices range from 10 francs (8s) for the best avani scbttes'M& franc (9d)‘ for the amphitheatre. The Odeon, in the Rue Yaurigard, has 1700 seats, from 12 francs?(9s 6d), for the avani schnes to 75 centimes (7id) for the fifth gallerjr. The Vaudeville, in the Ghaussee D’Antin, has 1300 seats, from 7 francs (5s 6d) for the first tier box seats to a franc (9d) for th© fourth gallery. The Porte St Martin, in the Boulevard St Martin, has 1800 places, from 8 francs (6s 4d) for the avani sebnes to a franc (9d) for the amphi-, theatre. The Ambigu Comique, also in the Boulevard St Martin, 1 has 1900 seats, from 10 francs (8s) "for. the avani: sebnes to j 75 centimes (7|d) for the fourth gallery. The, Variates, in the Boulevard Montmartre, has 1250 seats, from 10 francs (8s) for the avani scenes to a franc (9d) for the amphitheatre. The Gymnase, in the Boulevard Bonne Nourelle, has 1200 seats, from 8 francs (6a 4d) for the avdnt sebnes to 1 franc, 25 centimes (Is) for the fourth tier seats. The Chatolet, in the Place du CMtelet, has 3500 seats, from 6 francs (4s 9d) in the balcony boxes to 60 centimes (sd) for third tier seats. The des Nations, in the Place du Chfite-, let, has 1760 seats, from 8, francs (6s 4d) for the avani scenes to 75; centimes (7Jd) for the second amphitheatre. The Palais Royal, in the Rue Montpensier, has 1000 seats, from 8 francs (6s 4d) for the avani scenes to 2 francs (Is 7d) for the parterre or pit. Tbe Bouffes Parisieus, in the Passage Onoiseul, has 1200. seats, from 10 francs (8s) for the avani sebnes to a franc (93) for the amphitheatre.. The, The Third Th<re Franqais, in the Boulevard du Temple, has 1100 seats, from 5 francs (3s lid) to 50 centimes (sd) for the upper parts. The Folies Dramatiques, in . the Boulevard St Martin, has 1200 seats, from 8 francs 50 centimes (6i 9d) for the balcony boxes to 50 centimes (sd) for the third gallery. The Renaissance, in the Boulevard St Martin, has 1100 seats, from 12 francs (9s 6d) for the avani scenes to 50 centimes (53).f0r the fourth gallery. The Nouveauto, in the Boulevard dos Italians ; the Fantaisies Parisiennes, ih the; Boulevard Beaumarchais ; the Chfiteau d’Eau, in the Rue de Malta; the Cluny, in the Boulevard St Germain; the Bouffes du Nord, in- 1 the Faubourg St Denis ; the Th6lltra des Arts, in the Bbulevord Sebastopol; the Ath£nee Comique, in the Rue Scribe; the Nouveau Lyrique', in the Rue Taitbout; and the Folies Bergbres, in the Rae Richer, must also be included among the Paris theatres.
